Service Description
Our 4 week Beginner's Yoga course is perfect if you're looking to see if Yoga is right for you. Over the course of our 4 sessions you'll be expertly guided through popular Yoga asana's (poses) with plenty of time to ask questions about alignment and purpose of the pose. You will be given adjustment options and alternative poses if certain postures don't feel right for you. You'll also learn how to use props to deepen and enhance your experience of Yoga. This course is suitable for those with no Yoga experience or those looking to come back to Yoga after a break. Following this course we host a weekly 'Improver's Yoga' class on Saturday AM to help you continue forward on your journey. DATES: 15TH OCT 22ND OCT 29TH OCT 5TH NOV
