Indulge in ultimate relaxation with our Restorative Yoga, Nidra & Sound Bath workshop at Flow and Fly Yoga. Led by our skilled Yoga instructor Abi and Reiki Master, Gary, this session is designed to clear your mind of worries and deeply restore your body and mind. We open with a meditation set to crystal bowls, followed by Restorative Yoga (suitable for ALL - even if you have never tried Yoga before!) then we move into Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Yoga Nidra is a long guided meditation designed to help release, clear and relax. Set to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, this workshop offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
