Retreat

This Retreat is for those looking for a break from work, social media & never-ending to-do lists. For those who truly want to indulge in self-care in privacy and peace.

​

This retreat spans 4 days and 3 nights in a gorgeous countryside house in the Lake District. Surrounded by greenery, rolling hills and waterfalls this is the perfect location to focus on self-care.

 

With two living rooms, a dedicated Yoga studio, big kitchen and 7 bedrooms there is plenty of space for this to feel like a home-away-from-home.

​

Our Yoga & Meditation classes will be designed to give you a total mind + body reset. To help you let go of stress and facilitate an inner calm that will last longer than the duration of the retreat. 

​

Our classes will be taking place in a dedicated Yoga Studio in the house. As with all of Abi's Workshops & Retreats you do not need any prior Yoga experience to enjoy this retreat. You will be guided safely and in a way where you feel comfortable so you can get the most out of your experience.

​

Expect moments of pure bliss as you roast s'more by the outdoor campfire, connect back to nature with our hike and gain peace of mind through meditation and the powerful practise of meaningful Yoga.

Rooms

There are 7 rooms to choose from on this Retreat.

There is a mix of private double bedrooms and shared (twin) bedrooms. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom - Felucca and Quinto share a bathroom between the two rooms. Bathrooms have either a shower or both bath & shower - if you're unsure which room is right for you, please drop us an email info@flowandflyyoga.com

5pm: opening circle, intention setting and meditation

5.30pm - 6.30pm: evening Slow Vinyasa Yoga 

7.30pm: dinner

Fri 28th March​

​

7.30am - 8am: meditation & journaling

8am - 8.30am: coffees & teas

8.30am - 9.45am: Slow Vinyasa Yoga

10am - 11am: breakfast + free time

11am - 1.30pm: group hike or breathwork workshop

2pm: lunch + free time

5.30 - 6.30pm: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

7pm: dinner

8pm: games night!

Sat 29th March

8.30am - 9.45am: Slow Mandala-Vinyasa Yoga

10am - 11am: breakfast + free time

11.30am - 1.00pm: group hike or breathwork

5.00 - 6.15pm: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

7pm: dinner

8.15am - 9.00am: slow Vinyasa Yoga

9.00am - 9.30am: closing circle + meditation

9.30am - 10.30am: check-out
