Level 1 contains 80 beginner/intermediate aerial yoga postures, with a focus on safe transitions between them (after all, it's FLOW & fly). Level 2 contains an additional 80 postures and transitions. Our Restorative training contains 60 postures and focuses on using the hammock as our main prop to deepen your stretch and overall relaxation.
Each Flow & Fly Teaching Manual is a full-color, spiral bound resource that you will be able to use long after the training is over.
