Mandala Vinyasa Workshop

Experience Mandala Vinyasa Yoga, a truly unique Yoga practise that uses the mat in a 360 way creating a dynamic and fun flow!

Mandala Vinyasa is a themed class using the Elements as inspiration. We begin with Vin Yoga postures before moving into a creative Vinyasa flow. Experience an incredible stretch, fun transitions and challenging postures to try in this Workshop!

Beginner's Yoga Course

£45 |  7th May 7-8pm for 4 weeks 

Over the course of our 4 sessions you'll be expertly guided through popular Yoga asana's (poses) with plenty of time to ask questions about alignment and purpose of the pose.

 

You will be given adjustment options and alternative poses if certain postures don't feel right for you. You'll also learn how to use props to deepen and enhance your experience of Yoga.

​

Suitable for those with no Yoga experience or those looking to come back to Yoga after a break. Following this course you'll have the confidence to join any of our weekly classes!

Women's Lunar Circle

£15 | 9th May 7-8.30pm

Our supportive, monthly Women's Circle is a safe space for connection, sharing and deep rest. 

​

We open with a cacao ceremony and meditation to help you settle into the space before choosing our own Oracle cards. We enjoy a short journaling session with the option to share back with the group.

 

We'll then move into our restorative yoga poses and breathing techniques to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. We finish with a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) practise designed to help you totally let go.

Restorative Yoga, Nidra & Crystal Sound Bath

£15  |  12th May 5-6.15pm and

6.30-7.45pm (SOLD OUT)

Indulge in ultimate relaxation with our Restorative Yoga, Nidra & Sound Bath workshop at Flow and Fly Yoga.

 

Led by our skilled Yoga instructor Abi and Reiki Master, Gary, this session is designed to clear your mind of worries and deeply restore your body and mind.

 

We open with a meditation set to crystal bowls, followed by Restorative Yoga (suitable for ALL - even if you have never tried Yoga before!) then we move into Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Yoga Nidra is a long guided meditation designed to help release, clear and relax.

 

Set to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, this workshop offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Forearmstands (Pincha)
Workshop

£20  |  18th May 10.30am - noon

Join Lauren at Flow and Fly Yoga for our Forearmstand workshop!

 

You'll be learning various drills, tricks, and tips for mastering Pincha Mayurasana (Forearmstand). This mixed-level workshop is suitable for ALL abilities

 

 If you've never done Forearmstand before, don't worry you'll be guided through drills and poses to practise to help you progress into it (with a partner and at the wall for support). If you're already adept at Forearmstand you'll be given fun new shapes to try!
